Long Gold

The story of the day for Monday, tactically, was strength in Gold and Crude Oil futures. As discussed in the weekend report, we have initiated a long position in Gold futures, looking for a run toward the 1,900 level over the next several weeks. Expect that strength in Gold could bleed over into Equities through Metals and Mining stocks. Last, it is important for all market participants to be aware of the risks of volatility correlation and volatility expansion in general.
