Andrew Barber
Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Barber has been in the industry for 18 years, holding positions at firms including Paine Webber, Prudential Securities, Jefferies & Co., and Fort Buford Advisors, working in a variety of roles including derivative strategist, trader and portfolio manager. As a contributing editor for Institutional Investor, Andrew writes on investment topics and is also the moderator of the Global Market Thought Leaders platform.

Andrew oversees the firm's macroeconomic research and co-directs asset management.

Adam Grimes
Chief Investment Officer

Adam Grimes has 18 years of experience in the industry as a trader, analyst and system developer. Prior to joining Waverly Advisors, Adam held the positions of VP of Quantitative System Development at Level Partners, LLC, Senior Analyst and Trader at MBF Asset Management. Adam is the author of The Art & Science of Technical Analysis: Market Structure, Price Action & Trading Strategies. Adam is also a contributing author for several publications on quantitative finance and related topics. A graduate of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, Adam is an expert in applying quantitative tools and methodology to market data, particularly in modeling volatility and complex inter-market relationships.

Adam oversees all of the firm's investment work.

Christopher Noye
Managing Director

Chris Noye has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has worked across a wide array of firms including Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, HSBC, Thomson Reuters and Empirical Research Partners in a variety of client facing roles. A graduate of the University of Rochester with a degree in Economics, Chris specializes in implementing solutions designed to help clients achieve their risk and investment objectives.

Chris manages Waverly Advisors' research unit as well as overseeing all of the firm's sales efforts.

Damon Krytzer, CFA
Managing Director

Damon Krytzer has been involved in the global capital markets for 17 years, with experience in asset management and deal execution. Most recently, Damon ran a $1.5B GTAA portfolio construction strategy. Damon’s professional experience includes roles with Oppenheimer & Company, UBS Financial Services and Prudential Securities. Damon serves on the boards of Mesoloan Financial in India, the Maybach Foundation in San Francisco, and the City of San Jose Police and Fire Retirement Plan. He is a CFA Charterholder, adjunct professor for alternative investments at the University of San Francisco Business School, holds MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and the University of California Haas School of Business, and studied Political Science at Rutgers University.
